Even though it lasted 2 treatments keys shorter than indicated. I was still okay with that, the employee outside indicated that she had to make urgent phone calls. The massage was very pleasant facial treatment, I didn't really have the feeling what exactly happened in terms of description on the site or in real life. The unpleasant feeling came when paying. Very rude lady who immediately stated the amount and did not bother to ask if everything was OK. I told her that the treatment was 20% why, she said very bluntly without explanation and indicated that you only get the discount on 1 treatment. I indicated that this was not the case before and that it was not indicated during booking. At both time points the 20% To which she replied very bluntly, yes, that was the case with my other colleague. I left with an unpleasant feeling. I'm more concerned with the principle
