Na mijn eerste maderotherapy sessie kan ik zeggen: Menopause zichtbaar op mijn lijf? Jep! Vertrouwen in maderotherapy? Yes!! De voorbereiding was top en het personeel was zo lief en zorgzaam dat ik me bijna verwend voelde. De behandeling was een mix van ontspanning en af en toe een ‘auw’, maar ik betrapte mezelf erop dat ik zelfs vijf minuten in dromenland was. 😉 Ik ga zeker voor nog eens tien sessies, want deze zomer wil ik vol zelfvertrouwen in een rokje kunnen paraderen!
