Even though it lasted 2 treatments keys shorter than indicated. I was still okay with that, the employee outside indicated that she had to make urgent phone calls. The massage was very pleasant facial treatment, I didn't really have the feeling what exactly happened in terms of description on the site or in real life. The unpleasant feeling came when paying. Very rude lady who immediately stated the amount and did not bother to ask if everything was OK. I told her that the treatment was 20% why, she said very bluntly without explanation and indicated that you only get the discount on 1 treatment. I indicated that this was not the case before and that it was not indicated during booking. Hello miss,
Sorry for hear that but in this bad review what Adria don’t get in normal cases,
I needed to check the cameras, Sorry but I need to inform you no one in salon was rude.
The treatment lasted within the time frame, but you were late, unfortunately we had to cut that time what you late, because we had a client immediately behind you, if we did not have a client after you, we wouldn't have cut anything.
Before that you had treatments and said that you were very satisfied.
And there is always a discount for one (expensive) treatment, not for several.
