Voor het eerst op deze plek mijn wenkbrauwen laten tinten, omdat mijn gebruikelijke salon ver weg is. Helaas echt geen aanrader. Na afloop van de behandeling zaten mijn wenkbrauwen nog vol met verf en rondom mijn wenkbrauwen zaten veel bruine vlekken. Thuis heb ik dit zoveel mogelijk weggehaald, maar de volgende ochtend zaten er opnieuw veel bruine vlekken rondom mijn wenkbrauwen die niet helemaal weggaan. Ik heb hier bij andere salons nooit last van gehad.

So far, we unfortunately have not had similar reviews, which is why we are especially sorry to hear that you were not satisfied.

We regret that you did not point out what bothered you at the end of the treatment, nor did you contact us afterwards (for example via WhatsApp, with a photo), so that we could see what the issue was and offer a solution or correction.

We genuinely care about the satisfaction of every client; however, it is difficult to comment on the cause of the issue without having insight into the situation.
